Symphony EYC is a customer analytics, retail and distribution improvement company. The company’s software and services are aimed at helping retailers, distributors and manufacturers improve their business performance. Symphony EYC was created in December 2012[1] with the merger of Aldata and EYC under existing parent company Symphony Technology Group, founded by Romesh Wadhwani. It works with organizations including the Nantes University Hospital,[2] Marketforce,[3] Danone[4] and Marjane[5]
Based in Palo Alto, California, the company maintains offices throughout the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
In November 2013, Symphony EYC acquired Slingshot, a marketing communications shopping company.[6]
