Winter Games

The landlocked Southern African nation of Swaziland competed at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, from 27 July to 12 August 2012. This was the nation's ninth appearance at the Olympics, except the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal and the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow because of the African and the United States boycott.

Three Swazi athletes received their spots to compete in track and field and in swimming by wild card entries.[1] Swimmer Luke Hall, who competed at his second Olympics, was the nation's flag bearer at the opening ceremony. Swaziland, however, has yet to win its first ever Olympic medal.
