The Sussex-Wantage Regional School District is a comprehensive regional public school district serves students in Kindergarten through eighth grade from Sussex and Wantage Township, two communities in northern Sussex County, New Jersey, United States.

As of the 2011-12 school year, the district's three schools had an enrollment of 1,362 students and 116.8 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.66:1.[1]

The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "FG", the fourth-highest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. From lowest socioeconomic status to highest, the categories are A, B, CD, DE, FG, GH, I and J.[3]

For ninth through twelfth grades, public school students from both Sussex and Wantage attend High Point Regional High School, located in Sussex, together with students from Branchville, Frankford Township and Lafayette Township.[4][5][6] The school had an enrollment of 1,087 as of the 2011-12 school year.[7]
