Susanna and the Elders is a 1636 painting by Rembrandt, now in the Gemaldegalerie in Berlin. It is an oil-on-panel painting. It is a representation of the story of Susanna from the Bible. The elders we can see in the trees on the right on the painting are blackmailing Susanna and telling her that they will destroy her reputation if she didn't come with them. She said that she will never have a relation with them and that God will protect her. Her reputation is saved through the work of the prophet Daniel.
