Survivor South Africa is the South African edition of the Survivor reality television game show format. As in all versions of the show, contestants are isolated in a remote location and progressively eliminated by the vote of their fellow contestants. The winner receives a prize of R1 million. The show is produced by Endemol and broadcast on M-Net. The first two seasons were hosted by Mark Bayly, and from the third season Nico Panagio took over the hosting duties.
