Sue Ulu is an American actress who does English voice-over dubs for anime shows. Her most prominent roles include Ritsuko Akagi in the English dub of Neon Genesis Evangelion and Kei in Dirty Pair Flash. She also has performed local theater in the Houston, Texas area. She moved to Los Angeles in 1999 to pursue her acting career, where she has appeared in a number of films and in live theater. She currently lives in Santa Monica.
