Stunner Media, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is a gay pornography film production company. It began as an Internet pornography company and later moved into DVD production. It also licenses gay content to satellite and cable companies that offer it on a pay-per-view basis.

In addition to producing gay pornography, Stunner Media operates eight affiliate marketing programs that enable internet marketers to sell memberships to its websites in exchange for a portion of the revenue generated. The affiliate programs are StandAhead, Boy Crush Cash, Phoenixxx, Indie Bucks, Hunk Money, Emo Profits, British Bucks and Latino Bucks.

History

Founded in August 2003, Stunner Media was initially known for its straight Internet pornography brand It's Your Porn. Stunner Media now has over 2,000 videos in its library.

In January 2006 the company expanded its sales team and launched five new content feeds.[1]

In December 2011, Stunner Media grew its Indie Bucks affiliate program with the addition of BoyFeast.com and TastyTwink.com.[2]

Stunner Media again expanded its Indie Bucks affiliate program in November 2014 with HoloTwink.com which claims innovation over the way adult entertainment is delivered. The site boasts unique features allowing end users to select the model and actions to customize their experience. [3]

Partnerships

In October 2010 the company partnered with Burning Bush Media, the producer of Internet pornography and DVD brands Boy Crush and Bare Twinks to manage its affiliate program BoyCrushCash.[4]

Stunner Media further expanded in 2011 by partnering again with Burning Bush Media to launch Phoenixxx.com and its affiliate program of the same name.[5] Phoenixxx began as a gay Internet pornography company and expanded to DVD offerings in June 2013 with a The Real Housewives of Miami parody titled The Real House Husbands of Miami.[6]

In August 2011, Stunner Media inked a management deal with the United Kingdom amateur gay pornography site BlakeMason.com. Adam Mason, the owner of Thor Media Ltd., chose Stunner Media to manage its website and affiliate program after the passage of ATVOD in the UK.[7] The affiliate program of Blake Mason was folded into the newly created Indie Bucks.

In December 2012 the company partnered with British gay fetish site Boynapped.com to manage its affiliate program under Stunner Media's Indie Bucks.[8]

In February 2013 Stunner Media partnered with the owner of JizzAddiction.com to take over its affiliate program, which became a part of IndieBucks.[9]

In May 2013 Stunner Media partnered with pornstar and house music DJ Dominic Pacifico to launch DominicPacifico.com as part of Indie Bucks.[10]

In July 2013 Stunner Media partnered with Twisted XXX Media, owner of Boynapped.com, to launch BoysOnTheProwl.com. The gay porn site is unique in that sex addicts cruise the streets of Britain picking up needy, gullible and unsuspecting boys to have their way with them. The boys use handheld cameras to film their own view.[11]

Acquisitions

In April 2010 Stunner Media acquired the free gay pornography site LustyPuppy.com.[12]

In January 2012, Stunner Media made its largest acquisition to date in a "seven figure" deal to purchase the web assets of Neostrata Ltd. Prior to the acquisition, Neostrata owned and operated the affiliate programs Hunk Money, Emo Profits, British Bucks and Latino Bucks.[13] The acquisition also included GayWideWebmasters.com, the oldest gay webmaster internet forum, with more than 2,107 active registered users.[14]

Later in 2012, Stunner Media bought out its partner, Burning Bush Media, so that it could solely own and operate Phoenixxx.com.

Philanthropy

On December 1, 2011, in honor of World AIDS Day, Stunner Media donated 100% of all sales to two HIV/AIDS charities in Canada and United Kingdom.[15]

On May 17, 2012, in honor of International Day Against Homophobia, the company donated a portion of all sales from that day to Foundation Émergence.[16]
