It provides meteorological services, particularly to the offshore, renewable energy, shipping, corporate enterprise and media industries. Through an expansion of its activities and the acquisition of MetConsultancy (UAE) in 2011 and ImpactWeather (US) in 2012 StormGeo became the number one provider of MetOcean services to the offshore oil and gas industry globally.
