Stockley Academy is a coeducational secondary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon. It is one of the new Academies originally encouraged by the Labour government, not to be confused with the Academies in the current Free School initiative established by the Conservative-led coalition government, and received approximately £2600 million of funding for construction and equipment from the government and sponsors. Stockley Academy in recent years has seen a vast improvement in gcse grades as well as a high turnover of staff leaving the Academy.
