Sthreedhanam [1](English: Dowry) is an Indian soap opera on Malayalam Television, starring Divya Padmini, Sonu SK & Chithra Shenoy as main protogonists. The show airs Mon - Fri 7:30 PM on Asianet channel world-wide.[2]
Synopsis
Sthreedhanam[3] Follows the journey of Divya, the daughter-in-law of aristicratic Palat Family, who is tortured by her greedy mother-in-law for dowry.[4]
The story revolves around the life of Divya who is married to Prashanthan the eldest son of Palat Family. Although Divya is from a non-wealthy family, her greedy mother-in-law Sethulakshmi tries to create problem in her married life by torturing Divya in the name of Dowry.[5]
