Stephen Fitzpatrick is a British businessman who founded the Ovo Energy company, and currently owns the Manor Motorsport racing team.

Fitzpatrick, a former trader for JP Morgan,[1] founded Ovo Energy in 2009 to challenge the United Kingdom's big six energy suppliers.[2] Ovo Energy supplies gas and electricity to domestic customers, and offers an electricity tariff consisting of 100% renewable energy.

Fitzpatrick became involved in the former Marussia F1 team, which was operated by Manor, after they had entered administration at the end of the 2014 Formula One season.[3] Fitzpatrick secured an investment of £30 million,[1] and re-built the team run by Graeme Lowdon and John Booth after some of its assets had been auctioned off to repay the debts.[3] Manor exited administration in February 2015, securing a position on the 2015 entry list, and former Sainsbury's executive Justin King joined as interim chairman.[4]
