Stephen Bull Fine Arts Elementary School (also known as Bull Fine Arts) is located in Racine, Wisconsin. It is a public school for grades kindergarten to 5 with an estimated student enrollment of 301.

Built in 1914, Bull was named for Stephen Bull, instrumental in the creation of what is now CNH Global.[1]
