Stephanie Eisenberg

Stephanie Eisenberg (born 1946) is a metal working factory owner and real estate developer in Williamsburg, Brooklyn neighborhood of New York.[1]

Biography

She was born in Williamsburg to a metal working factory owner, and together with her sister she inherited the American Metal Stamping business, which is located on North 14th Street of Williamsburg. In the 1980s she began to buy vacant factory buildings in Brooklyn when the city auctioned them off at low prices. In 2001 she developed a 22-story condo building on 330 Wythe Avenue which she converted from the vacant Esquire Shoe Polish Factory.[2][3][4]
