Step Dave is a New Zealand drama television series written by Kate McDermott.[1] It began airing its first series in New Zealand on 11 February 2014. It was renewed for a second series, that will begin airing in 2015.
Premise
Bartender Dave, a 24-year-old Kiwi slacker whose life is turned upside down when he meets the woman of his dreams; Cara, 15 years his senior with three kids and some serious baggage in tow.

- Australia – Step Dave began airing on GEM from 7 January 2015,[7] however it was pulled from the channel after just one episode.[8]
