Stemonoporus gardneri is a species of plant in the Dipterocarpaceae family. It is endemic to Sri Lanka.
Leaves
ovate, obtuse to subcordate base, tapering apex, lateral veins 9-13 pairs, intercostals densely reticulate.
Trunk
many ascending twisted branches; twigs prominently leaf-scarred; young parts pale, sparsely pubescent.
Flowers
pale lemon-yellow; I- lax paniculate.
Fruits
globose, smooth, short calyx lobes, no wings.
Ecology
montane and rain forest subcanopy.
