Stefan Zeniuk is a New York City based musician and filmmaker.[1] Often seen performing on the tenor saxophone, bass saxophone, c-soprano saxophone, english horn, clarinet, contra-alto clarinet and bass clarinet he is noted for his intense musical personality and dynamic stage presence. He currently heads up Gato Loco,[2][3] and is also a member of Maxim Bass with Ron Anderson and Glenn Johnson.[4]
A noted interpreter of Latin music, Zeniuk is often seen performing with such notables as baritone/slide guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Clifton Hyde, Joe Exley (tuba), Jesse Selengut (trumpet, flugelhorn, vocals), Mike Gamble (guitar), Ari Folman-Cohen (bass), and his long-standing band Gato Loco.
He currently plays in the band Tinpan as well as his Gato Loco projects. He also featured on the Secret Curve album by PAK.
He also participated in the "Mute Button" project by Improv Everywhere.
