Stefan Mazrocis (born 18 April 1967, Kerkdriel) is a former professional Dutch snooker player. He was born of Latvian/English parentage, and spent his early snooker years in Leicester, England, honing his snooker skills. He has recorded three maximum breaks in a single day in practice. In 1995, he qualified for the World Championship but lost 10-3 to Stephen Hendry. He beat Peter Ebdon in the 1st Round of the 1997 World Snooker Championship, but lost 13-9 to Alain Robidoux in the Last 16.

Mazrocis reached the round of 16 at the 2006 IBSF World Championships in Amman, Jordan, where he was eliminated by Atthasit Mahitthi 5–3.

Mazrocis is back on the main tour for the 08/09 season following his success at the 2008 EBSA European Play-Off.
