Stefan Gumbs is an English actor best known for his role Waterloo Road. Gumbs made his acting debut in BBC One's television series Waterloo Road, followed by his film debut in 2009's Looking for Eric.[1]

Stefan’s acting career began with a three-episode role in ‘Waterloo Road’ in 2006 as Year 10 pupil Damon. He returned to Waterloo Road in 2012 for the closing five episodes of Series 7, as Eugene Garvey, leader of local gang The Murray Set Boyz. He has since gone on to film two series of Scallywagga for BBC3 and ‘Survivors’ for BBC1. He made his big screen debut in Ken Loach’s ‘Looking For Eric’ and went on to win a Best Actor gong at the Ibiza Film Festival for his role in indie feature Rebels Without A Clue.

Stefan is currently directing a web series he's written about the troubles and everyday occurrences which happen in peoples lives, told in monologue form called 'Day City Night', he hopes to air the series by the end of 2013.
