Steatocystoma simplex (also known as a "Simple sebaceous duct cyst," and "Solitary steatocystoma") is a cutaneous condition characterized by a skin lesion that occurs with equal frequency in adult women and men, occurring on the face, trunk, or extremities.[1]:679
