Stachytarpheta is a plant genus in the verbena family (Verbenaceae). The flowers are rich in nectar and popular with many butterflies, such as the South Asian Crimson Rose (Atrophaneura hector), Malabar Banded Swallowtail (Papilio liomedon), and Grass Yellow (Eurema hecabe).
