St. Xavier's High School, Mirzapur is an English-Gujarati medium primary and secondary school located at Mirzapur in Ahmedabad, India. It was established in 1935.

St. Xavier's was a high school for boys managed by the Society of Jesus until 1977 and since then by the Bishop of Ahmedabad. It is recognised by the Department of Education, Gujarat State. Since 2007-8 girls have been admitted to the school from Sr. K.G. onwards.It comprises the K.G. and Std. I - XII with parallel divisions having Gujarati and English as the medium of instruction. Those who study through Gujarati Medium have English as an additional subject.


The K. G. and Std. 1 to 10 have parallel divisions with Gujarati and English medium of instruction. The Higher secondary is grade 11 and 12 (Science and Commerce streams, the latter only in English medium) is co-educational.

It is a Higher Secondary School for boys and girls managed by the Xavier Education Society and recognized by the Department of Education, Gujarat State. Though a Catholic Institution, it welcomes pupils of all castes and creeds and prepares them for the Secondary and Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination.

This School aims not merely at preparing its pupils to qualify for the Secondary or Higher Secondary School Certificate but also to develop their character and personality through graded responsibility, personal guidance and social awareness.
