St. Mary's Church is a historic Roman Catholic church located near Fairfax Station, Fairfax County, Virginia. It was built in 1858, and is a rectangular, one-story, gable-front, frame structure in the Gothic Revival style. It has a steeple at the entrance and a large Gothic arched window over the entrance door. It was the first Roman Catholic Church built within Fairfax County. During the American Civil War, wounded were brought here by train to be treated and evacuated to Alexandria and Washington after the Second Battle of Bull Run. In August 1862, Clara Barton made this church her headquarters for treatment of the wounded.[3]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.[1]

The historic church property belongs to Saint Mary of Sorrows Catholic Church in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Arlington, Virginia.[4]
