St Josephs Grammar School (Irish: Scoil Ghramadaí Chlochair Naomh Seosamh), Donaghmore, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, is a Catholic voluntary school catering for 500 pupils aged between 11 and 18. It was founded by the Daughters of the Cross from Belgium. Before that the property was owned by the Tate and Lyle family. Recently it won over 80% of the medals in Feis Dhún Geanainn And have done very well in gaelic football espiecially in 2013 when 5 different age groups from the school got to an ulster colleges final in Mallon cup, Ennis cup, Faul cup, Nolan cup and in ladies but only winning Mallon and Nolan. The Principal is Mr Enda Cullen.

They now have an Irish Medium Stream. When run by the daughters of the cross, it was an all-girls school, until 2003, when it became co-ed. In 2007 the sisters left the school.
