Sreeja Chandran
Sreeja Chandran (ஸ்ரீஜா சந்திரன்) (Born 6 August 1986) is an Indian television actress. She played the lead in STAR Vijay's serial Saravannan Meenatchi as Meenatchi.[1][2]
Personal life
Sreeja was born in Kerala on 6 August 1986 to Bala Chandran and Shalaija Chandran. She completed her schooling in Tiruvalla, Pathanamthitta district. She has completed her graduate degree B.A. (History) under Calicut University at Kerala.
She and Saravanan Meenatchi co-star, RJ Senthil Kumar married on 2 July 2014.[1]
Career
Television
Sreeja First entry in Tamil Serial Madurai in Vijay Tv at the age of 20. She also acted in Serials like Manikoodnu, Meera (Vijay Tv), Mundhanai Mudichi (Sun Tv), Nila and finally acted in Saravannan Meenatchi telecasted successfully from 12 September 2011 to 18 October 2013.She has acted in many malayalam television serials.Some of them are Sree Krishna Leela,Ammathamburatti,Devi Mahatmyam,Swami Ayyappan,Velankani Mathavu,Pakal Mazha,Kaacha etc. She has acted in some Malayalam telefims including Thanalmarangalkku Thanalayi.

She acted in various films such as Krishna Gopala Krishna, Pularvettam, Bargavacharitham Moonam Kantham, Sahotharana Sahathevan, Pakal,Aandavan etc.
Awards
- Won the Favorite Female Actor Award for her performance in the serial Saravannan Meenatchi in Vijay Television Awards in 2014.
- Won the Best Female Actor Award for her performance in the serial Saravannan Meenatchi in Vijay Television at the 43rd Annual Awards function organized by Mylapore Academy.
