The Spanish Constitution of 1869 (Spanish: Constitucion Española), was the sixth constitution of Spain enacted on the 1 June 1869.

The Constitution was adopted by the Spanish Provisional Government of 1868-1871 which was formed after the triumph of the Glorious Revolution of 1868 that ended the autocratic reign of Isabel II of Spain. It was the Magna Carta in effect during the more democratic reign of Amadeo I of Spain.
