South By So What?! is an annual music festival that takes place every year during the week of South by Southwest in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex in Texas. The festival was established in 2008 by Mike Ziemer of Third String Productions and takes place in Dallas, Texas. The event consists of a mix of genres, often including Metal, Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, and Electronic.
In early summer 2013, Third String Productions announced they will be doing a Fall version on October 25 and 26 at QuikTrip Park in Grand Prairie, Texas, with Sleeping With Sirens, GWAR, Memphis May Fire, Finch, Story of the Year, and many more.
