South Elgin High School (SEHS), opened 2005, is a four-year high school located in South Elgin, Illinois, a north-west suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is part of Elgin Area School District U46, which also includes Elgin High School, Larkin High School, Bartlett High School, and Streamwood High School. The class of 2008 was the first to graduate at the high school. The class of 2009 was the first four year graduating class from the high school. It is currently the highest populated school in U46 and since its opening, each incoming freshman class has exceeded the previous year's number of new students.
