Soundtrack to a Vacant Life is the eighth studio album by The Flashbulb (Benn Jordan), released in 2008.

The track "Suspended in a Sunbeam" contains an excerpt from Carl Sagan's book Pale Blue Dot, which may serve as a prelude to Jordan's following album Pale Blue Dot.

It was officially released on BitTorrent by Jordan after he had found out that Apple sold his songs on iTunes without permission.^[1]
