Sotteville-sous-le-Val is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Haute-Normandie region in northern France.
Geography
A farming village situated in a meander of the river Seine, some 10 miles (16 km) south of Rouen at the junction of the D91, D92 and the D292 roads. The A13 autoroute runs through the commune’s territory.
