Sotiris Papagiannopolos (born 5 September 1990) is a Greek-Swedish professional footballer who plays for PAOK FC in Greece as a centre back.
Early Career
He started his career from AIK Stockholm U19.
Club Career
Väsby United
His first club was Väsby United and he played there for two years. His coach had said: "If he works hard, he can be a very good player".
Akropolis IF
After two years on Vasbys' squad, Papagiannopoulos signed for Akropolis IF on loan. He was a basic toll for his new team and participated in 24 matches.
Assyriska FF
In the summer of 2012, he moved to Assyriska FF as a free player. He made very good appearances with Assyriska FF and participated in 80 matches.
PAOK
After three successful years with Assyriska FF, Papagiannopoulos signed for PAOK FC in January 2015. He made his debut in Superleague Greece against Kalloni F.C. as a substitute.
