Sotira (Greek: Σωτήρα, "savior") may refer to several places in Greece and Cyprus:

• Sotira, Pella, a village in the Pella regional unit
• Sotira, Trikala, a settlement in the Trikala regional unit
• Sotira, Famagusta, a village in the Famagusta District of Cyprus
• Sotira, Limassol, a settlement in the Limassol District of Cyprus
• Sotira was also a settlement at the location of modern Karditsa, Greece, during the period it was controlled by the Ottoman Empire
