Sonalika International started in 1969. It started with producing farming equipments as per farmer's needs. In 1979 it started producing tractors. Currently it has a network of 900 dealers and 1500 associate service centers in India.
The Sonalika Group is headed by Lakshman Das Mittal.

- International Cars And Motors Ltd. (ICML) manufactures MUVs, and was established in 2004 with the capacity to manufacture 2000 vehicles in a month.[2]
- Sonalika Agro Industries Corporation was established in 1969 to support the Indian farmers with mechanization technology to facilitate persistence of green revolution.
