"Some Days Are Better Than Others" is a song by Irish rock band U2 off their 1993 album Zooropa. It is the only Zooropa song never to have been played live in concert.

Composition

The song features a series of colloquialisms by Bono. It has an emphasis on Adam Clayton's funk-inspired bassline and guitar distortion sound effects by The Edge.

Reception

In his review of Zooropa, David Browne of Entertainment Weekly praised the song as being an example of U2's ability to "burst at the seams in best Joshua Tree fashion."[1]
