Solitary cutaneous leiomyoma
Solitary cutaneous leiomyoma typically presents as a deeply circumscribed, freely movable, rounded nodule ranging from 2 to 15mm in diameter, with overlying skin that may have a reddish or violaceous tint.[1]:627
