Created in 2008,[1] SoccerCleats101 is one of the soccer footwear review sites on the internet. Reviews from the website are used as a voice on Soccer.com.[2][3]

The site is owned and operated by former Major League Soccer player,[4] Bryan Byrne.

As of September 2014, SC101 has begun posting "leaks" or pictures of unreleased boots. An illegal practice, it shows just how much the site has changed since its inception.
