Sobia

Sobia was a nurse. Muhammad was nursed by Sobia and then by Halima Sadia, with whom he stayed for four years.

Muhammed was brought up by his mother for the first three days of his birth & then was taken over by Sobia. Two years earlier, Sobia had also nourished Hamza, the uncle of Mohammed.
