So Khun

This is a Cambodian name; the family name is So. According to Cambodian custom, this person properly should be referred to by the given name Khun.

So Khun is the Cambodian Minister of Posts and Telecommunication.[1] He belongs to the Cambodian People's Party and was elected to represent Takeo Province in the National Assembly of Cambodia in 2003.[2] He is of Chinese descent, with ancestry from Meizhou.[3]
