Smilga is a river of Kėdainiai district municipality, Kaunas County, central Lithuania. It flows for 32 kilometres and has a basin area of 208.8 km².[1]
It begins near Patranys village, at Krakės eldeship. The Smilga river flows to the South-East mostly crossing Josvainiai forest. It joins the Nevėžis River at the city center of Kėdainiai. There is Kėdainiai watering-place at Smilga's lower course.
