Everett Lee "Skeeter" Kell (born October 11, 1929) is a former Major League Baseball second baseman. He played one season, 1952, for the Philadelphia Athletics, splitting time at second base with Cass Michaels and Pete Suder.

Skeeter is the brother of Hall of Famer George Kell.

Skeeter played college baseball at Arkansas State University, where the school's baseball facility, Tomlinson Stadium–Kell Field, is named after him.[1]
