Sir James Dalrymple, 2nd Baronet
Sir John Dalrymple, 2nd Baronet (1692–1751) was Member of Parliament (MP) for Haddington Burghs and the Principal Auditor of the Exchequer in Scotland. He was the son of Sir David Dalrymple, 1st Baronet and father of Sir David Dalrymple, 3rd Baronet.
