Simon Phillips (born 1980) is a British actor, film producer, working mainly in independent British films.[1] He has starred in movies such as How to Stop Being a Loser, Jack Falls and The Rise and Fall of a White Collar Hooligan.

He is best known for the Jack trilogy (Jack Says, Jack Said and Jack Falls) and The Rise and Fall of a White Collar Hooligan features films. He has appeared in feature films with Danny Dyer, Jason Flemyng, David O'Hara, Mark Hamill, Robert Englund, Rutger Hauer, Richard E. Grant, Art Malik and Jean-Claude Van Damme. He is currently filming TV series NO EASY DAYS in North America.
