SimCorp is a global company that provides investment management software and services to investment managers, asset managers, fund managers, fund administrators, pension funds, insurance funds, and wealth managers.
History
Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Denmark, SimCorp has subsidiaries throughout the Nordic region as well as in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. SimCorp has approximately 1,100 employees, and is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange.

Products
SimCorp develops, sells and provides software and related services to the international financial industry. SimCorp’s product, SimCorp Dimension, is a product for investment managers comprising 15 individual business solutions that each supports a specific part of the investment management value chain.
Acquisitions
On February 25, 2014 SimCorp acquired 100% of the associated company Equipos Ltd. Its main product – the Coric Client Communications Suite – is already utilized by some of SimCorp’s clients.
On September 20, 2005, SimCorp acquired a majority stake in FIX protocol specialist Solutionforge. (The remainder of the company's shares were acquired by SimCorp in November 2007.) Solutionforge was renamed in 2011 to SimCorp Development Centre UK Limited.
