Silvano Martina (born March 20, 1953 in Sarajevo, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, now Bosnia and Herzegovina) is a retired Italian professional football player. He now works as an agent for Nemanja Vidić.
Martina made his Serie A debut for Internazionale in a match against Palermo on 6 May 1973.[1]
