Sierra High School is a high school in Manteca, California, opened in August 1994.

Sports

It has 11 athletic teams - track, cross country, wrestling, soccer, basketball, football, baseball, softball, swimming, golf, and tennis. They have won 15 Sac-Joaquin Section Championships, 3 in cross country, 7 in track, 4 in women's soccer and one in softball. The women's golf team won a section championship title in 2007 after coming in second place for three years prior. The men's golf team was also crowned 2009 Valley Oak League champions after a victory in the VOL championship at Lockeford Spring Golf Course. In 2010, the men's soccer team won their final game on the last day of the season to become Valley Oak League champions. In the Spring of 2011, Sierra High School capped one of the most successful sports seasons in area history by winning Sac-Joaquin Section titles in Girls Soccer, Softball and Boys Track in Field within 3 days of each other. Sierra's basketball team has been very successful having won three league titles in a row, 2012-2014. Sierra continues to have one of the finest athletic programs in the Valley Oak League in all sports.

Academic rallies

Rallies are held twice a year for students with grade point averages above 2.25, 3.25 and with 4.0's. They are referred to as Lobo Blue (2.25), Lobo Silver (3.25) and Lobo Gold (4.0).
