Shouta Aoi (蒼井 翔太 Aoi Shōta, born August 11, 1987 in Fukui Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actor, actor,[2][3] singer and song writer,[4][5] previously known as Showta.[1][6][7] He voiced the role of Ai Mikaze in Uta no Prince-sama.

Career

Aoi first appeared in 2004 at the Yamaha Teens' Music Festival.[1] He appeared again in 2006 under the name Showta when he debuted with the single "Negaiboshi" on the music label King Records.[6][8]

In 2013, he returned as Shouta Aoi with his mini-album Blue Bird on the music label B-Green.[9][10]

He debuted as Voice actor in 2011 as Matsushita Ryunosuke in the Anime Kimi to Boku where he also sang the Anime's soundtracks "Sora" and "Tomorrow"[11][12]
