Shot Through the Heart is the title of an album by American singer and songwriter Jennifer Warnes, released on the Arista Records label in 1979. It peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard Country albums chart and No. 94 on the main Billboard albums chart.

The priemier single from the album, "I Know a Heartache When I See One", hit the Country Top Ten and the Pop and Adult Contemporary Top 20. Warnes also charted with follow-up singles like "Don't Make Me Over" and "When the Feeling Comes Around." Despite modest sales, the parent disc has always been a favorite recording of the artist's fans.
