Shevchenko State Art School
Taras Shevshenko State Art School (Ukrainian: Державна Художня Школа ім. Тараса Шевченко) is a high school (5th through 12th grade) specializing in arts (painting, sculpture and architecture), in Kiev, Ukraine.[1] There are many notable personalities among its graduates. It was incorporated on August 12, 1937.
The school is part of the complex that also includes schools of ballet and music. It is located in a historic park overlooking the Southern end of Babi Yar.
