The Shelley's greenbul (Arizelocichla masukuensis) is a species of songbird in the Pycnonotidae family. It is found in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
The subspecies A. m. kakamegae is sometimes regarded as a separate species, the Kakamega greenbul.
