Shane Carthy
Shane Carthy is an inter-county Gaelic footballer for Dublin. He plays his club football with Naomh Mearnóg. He was a member of the Dublin squad that won the 2013 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship and 2013 National Football League.[1]
Shane publicly announced the fact that he was suffering with depression in 2013 which resulted in an outpouring of support for the Dublin player and creating awareness of the issue.[2]
