Shōmei Yokouchi (横内 正明 Yokouchi Shōmei, born March 2, 1942) is the governor of Yamanashi Prefecture in Japan, first elected in 2007. He is a graduate of the University of Tokyo Law Department and a former member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature).
